Seminar "The use of pulverized coal injection technology in blast furnaces"
Laser atomic emission conveyor on-line analyzer MAYA 6060 produced by Laser Detect Systems for mineral materials analysis was presented for professionals and executives of the blast furnace companies of Russia and Ukraine. The urgency of the task of analysis of chemical composition of raw ore materials in real time mode in the sintering and blast furnace production was discussed. The basic physical principles of its work, the design, the possibility of use, the procedure and ease of maintenance, safety for health and environment were described. The examples of application and evaluation of the cost-effectiveness, relevance, integration with process control systems in the blast furnace and sinter production were given. |
