Seminar on JSC “Zaporizhstal” The seminar of the Rigaku company was held in the first decade of November 2005 in Zaporizhia on the basis of ICC JSC "Zaporizhstal". The event was organized by our company in cooperation with the firm Soliste Corporation. The seminar was attended by more than 20 metallurgical and machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. The program of the seminar included: · presentation of X-ray spectrometers Simultix 12, ZSXPrimus I and II, Primini. Speaker: senior manager of the Rigaku company Mr. N. Moriyama, Japan, Osaka. · presentation of X-ray DMAX diffractometers and X-ray residual stress analyzers. Speaker: Ph.D. Polyakov S.N., Moscow State University, Moscow. · demonstration of the X-ray diffractometer DMAX 2200; · a round table with the answers to questions from the participants, discussing problems of production, tasks of analytical and X-ray laboratories of mining and metallurgical enterprises; · discussion of the methodologies development for solving of the problems of quality control of raw materials and finished products with the use of Rigaku equipment.
