ROCKLABS larger-model BOYD Crusher – the BIG BOYD Crusher - employs double-acting fine jaw crushers to process samples of up to 20kg.

The Big BOYD Crusher takes lump sizes of up to 150mm pieces and crushes them to 10mm or less in a single pass, reducing time for every sample. Jaws can hold up to 20kg of sample as one load. 150mm sample can be crushed to 10mm, or less, in a single pass. Quick jaw adjustment with horizontal steel rollers

BOYD CRUSHER

The BOYD Crusher is the world’s first double acting, fine jaw crusher. Its patented design includes top and bottom- driven moving jaws, enabling the maximum amount of crushing in a single pass.

Featuring top and bottom moving jaws, the patented design of the BOYD Crusher delivers the maximum amount of crushing, reducing samples by 25 times the original size. It employs jaws that can hold up to 5kg of sample and crush a 50mm sample to 2mm in a single pass.

Jaws can hold up to 5kg of sample. 50mm sample can be crushed to 2mm in a single pass. Jaws can be easily adjusted and rotated to extend useful life. Safety switch stops operation on cover opening. It is easy to clean and maintain.

ROTATING SAMPLE DIVIDER

There are two modifications of rotating sample dividers:

·         bench top rotating sample divider (for samples up to 5 kg)

·         standalone rotating sample divider (for samples up to 25 kg)

The Bench Top RSD provides the same results in a compact unit designed to sit on a work bench. It can be used in conjunction with a Bench Top Ring Mill. These dividers provide accurate representative split of any proportion (from 2% to 50%). Safety switch stops operation on cover opening.
