STANDARD RING MILL

The Standard Ring Mill batch pulveriser is used for pulverising a variety of material from 1- 1000g for subsequent analysis by instrumental methods or wet chemistry. Featuring strong construction and requiring little maintenance, the Standard Ring Mill has two clamp options available – the Pneumatic Airbag clamp and the Rotoclamp Mechanical clamp. Both are mounted with a bolt on steel bridges.

BENCH TOP RING MILL

The Bench Top Ring Mill is a quiet and efficient pulveriser. Designed to be mounted on a work bench, it is a more compact version of the standard ring mill. Featuring strong construction and requiring little maintenance, the Bench Top Ring Mill can be used for pulverising a variety of material from 1g - 100g for subsequent analysis by instrumental methods or wet chemistry. Very low contamination of samples. Low maintenance. Noise level less than 80 dBA .

CONTINUOUS RING MILL

The Continuous Ring Mill with built-in Rotating Sample Divider (CRM – RSD) combines pulverising and splitting into one single process resulting in increased productivity.

 

The Continuous Ring Mill is used for coarse pulverising of large samples for mineral separation such as Zircon dating, preparing samples for on-stream analysis, dry or slurries. Low maintenance and easy to clean, this ring mill features a continuous flow-through operation with built-in ducting of cyclone with external connection to dust extraction systems for cleaning the head.

Sample bin holds up to 10kg. A combination of splitting segments available. Quiet operation - less than 85dB .

ROCKLABS also stocks a large range of pulveriser heads in many different compositions from chrome and carbon steel, tungsten carbide, agate and zirconia. Our heads range from as small as 40g through to 1.5kg and can be provided with an adaptor plate to suit all types of pulverisers.
